Every project has a dedicated project manager
We assign a proactive project manager to oversee all the details of each project. The project managers are not only there to supervise, but to provide timely information both to you and to our installation teams. Our project managers are proficient in using computerized estimating programs as well old school common sense to review the plans to efficiently scope out proper yardage of materials and labour to keep the project on budget.The managers are responsible and accountable for your project from beginning to end. Should you ever have any questions or concerns, or need to make last-minute changes to the nature or timing of your project, you can simply pick up the phone and give your project manager a direct call.
Fully trained and qualified team
Every installer, project manager and production person at Beatty Floors has taken specific industry mandated training for a thorough understanding of our industry. Our project managers, even though well experienced, continue on-going education with our suppliers, mills and designers. Additionally, our installers go through a government and industry certified three-year apprenticeship program, supervised by our full-time journeymen installers. Every project always has highly-experienced installation technicians on site who are well-trained and accountable to our strict quality and performance expectations.

We take a consultative, no-surprises approach to business. We first consult with you to discover what expectations you are looking for in terms of design, convenience, comfort, ease of maintenance, durability and more. We will honestly advise you if there are details that need to be considered such as foot traffic, environmental factors (such as moisture), inherent limitations in the materials, design considerations, time allowed or anything else that could result in a less than completely satisfactory job. We will advise and problem solve during our initial consultation so you have a clear plan before starting your project.
