Our Team

We have a highly experienced team of project managers, warehouse crew, product transporters, certified installation technicians, dedicated purchasing agent and clerical staff that all make our team effective.

We assign a proactive project manager to oversee all the details of each project. Our team project managers have the skills and experience to match floor covering requirements to budgets, design, and timelines. They develop a relationship with our clients to fully understand the project and what the desired outcome and expectations the client has. Our project managers are proficient in using computerized estimating programs and double check using old school common sense to review the plans to efficiently scope out proper yardage of materials and labour to keep the project on budget. The project managers are not only there to supervise, but to provide timely information both to our clients and to our installation teams and are always available by phone, email or text.

All projects are installed using our own certified journeymen installers who are held accountable to uphold our strict quality and performance mandate in compliance with the National Floor Coverings Association’s specifications. All installers go through a government and industry certified three-year apprenticeship program, supervised by our full-time journeymen installers. Every project has highly-experienced installation technicians on site who are well-trained and accountable to our strict quality and performance expectations.

We have incredible flooring products, but perhaps more importantly, we have qualified, well experienced staff. Our mission is to build relationships with exceptional quality and service for our client’s long term satisfaction.
