Through our experience we have found that the more we plan the better the success. Thus it is critical that our project managers are very detailed and work closely with our clients to fully understand the entire scope of the project from start to finish. Our project managers will evaluate the subfloor and discuss any special requirements before actual installation with both the client and the installation team. Next foot traffic and maintenance is discussed before assisting with picking a product for the space. Our flooring options are limitless from carpet tile, broadloom carpet, luxury vinyl tile and planks, sheet vinyl, epoxy flooring and coatings, hardwood, rubber, ceramic or stone tile, and polished concrete.
A few days prior to starting, our project manager will again visit the site and talk about a starting location, access into the building, where the materials should be stored on site and examine the subfloor to review any special requirements. We have highly skilled technicians to ensure proper floor preparation and moisture mitigation are addressed. On top of that, our installation technicians are creatively skilled to install flooring solutions that are stunning.
