Orchard Commons and Vantage College- New construction over 500,000 square feet with Stuart Olson and Perkins and Will designs. 1145 student rooms using Kinetex from J & J, and Shaw plank carpet tile in all the common spaces. Bentley carpet tile was used for the Vantage College. UBC’s most impressive residence!
