SAP Commercial Bathrooms Renovation

Beatty Floors was pleased to work with Ames Tile, Centura Tile and Dal Tile on a 11 commercial bathroom renovation at SAP Industries.

SAP, founded in 1972 was initially called System Analysis Program Development.  They are a multinational enterprise with more than 100, 000 employees worldwide.  SAP is a market leader company that produces software for the management of business processes, data processing and flow of information across all sizes of organizations including artificial intelligence and machine learning.

With the recent work at home Covid strategies, the Vancouver SAP office found the perfect timing to update the bathrooms of the  1948 warehouse that was originally a Hudson Bay Department store back in the day.

Beatty Floors was given the opportunity to renovate 11 commercial multi-stalled bathrooms. Some bathrooms because of the age of the building required extensive floor remediation and creative floor levelling, sloping and strategic expansion joint placement.  With Ames, Centura and Dal Tile, Beatty Floors did their best to try to recreate some of the existing tile which was no longer available. The results were impressive!

Commercial Flooring Selection For Project

The SAP commercial bathrooms all were outfitted with the same wall, floor and backsplash ceramic tile to create a consistent harmonious design.  The gorgeous wall tile supplied by Ames Tile was a large 12″x24″ tile in the colour Riftwood Buckwheat.  The striking floor tile supplied by Centura Tile was again a large 12″x24″ tile in LGNO in medium grey.  Lastly, a mosaic tile was supplied by Dal Tile in a white timeless subway style in a smaller version of a typical subway size. Stunning all around!

Beatty Floors design and renovation updated these commercial bathrooms in a stylish yet functional and easy to maintain result.
